Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar storage ToolzMoolz uses, who sets them, and how you stay in control. The short version: the site works without any optional cookies, and nothing is set for advertising until you say yes.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to keep. They can last a single session or persist for months, and they are commonly used to remember logins, preferences, and to measure or select advertising. Browsers also have a similar feature called local storage, which this site uses for the same purpose of remembering things on your device.
2. Storage This Site Sets Itself
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
tz_consent_v1 | ToolzMoolz | Remembers whether you accepted, rejected, or customized non-essential cookies, so we do not prompt you on every page. | First-party, strictly necessary | 13 months |
| Tool settings (for example case-converter input and display preferences) | ToolzMoolz | Keeps your tool settings after a refresh or page change. | First-party, strictly necessary | Until you clear site data |
| Reading history and tool results | ToolzMoolz | Never stored. Documents and images are processed inside your browser only; nothing is uploaded. | n/a | n/a |
3. Storage Set After You Consent
Only after you press Accept all (or enable advertising under Manage preferences) may the following be set:
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Advertising and measurement cookies (for example IDE, NID) | Deliver, select, and measure ads on this site; limit how often you see the same ad; detect invalid clicks. | Third-party | Up to 13 months, varies by cookie | |
| Google Consent Mode signals | Tells Google whether advertising storage and personalization are allowed for your browser. | First-party | 13 months | |
| Ko-fi cookies | Ko-fi | Only if you open the Ko-fi tip window, to process your optional payment. | Third-party | See the Ko-fi privacy policy |
If you choose Reject all, none of the cookies in this table are set, and Google receives only aggregated, consent-denied signals. Every tool on the site remains fully usable.
4. How We Ask for Consent
On your first visit a banner offers Accept all, Reject all, and Manage preferences. Inside Manage preferences you can allow advertising cookies, personalized advertising, and analytics independently. Your decision is stored in tz_consent_v1 for 13 months and then asked for again.
To change your mind later, click Cookie Settings in the footer of any page, or clear this site’s data in your browser. Withdrawal takes effect immediately and updates the consent signals Google receives on your next page view.
5. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
- Block or delete cookies site-by-site in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, Brave all support this).
- Use private or incognito windows so nothing persists after you close them.
- Install an opt-out tool such as AboutAds.info Choices or Cookie Choices for interest-based advertising across many networks.
- Manage Google personalized ads directly in Google Ads Settings.
6. Do Not Track and GPC
We honor your saved consent choice as the authoritative signal on this site. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track, we treat it as a rejection of non-essential cookies and skip advertising storage until you explicitly allow it.
