Privacy Policy
At ToolzMoolz, accessible from https://toolzmoolz.com, the privacy and security of our visitors are our primary priorities. Because our tools operate completely inside your web browser, our privacy model is fundamentally different from traditional online utilities.
1. Client-Side Operations & Zero File Storage
All interactive tools provided on ToolzMoolz—including the Case Converter, Passport Size Photo Maker, Delimited Text to Excel Converter, Business Letterhead Generator, and Add Signature to PDF tool—are executed entirely client-side using secure browser-based JavaScript.
No files, images, PDFs, raw texts, signatures, or business contact information are ever transmitted to our servers or stored in any external database. All calculations, image rendering, and document exports occur locally on your own computer or mobile device.
2. Cookies and Web Beacons
ToolzMoolz sets one cookie of its own: a small first-party entry in your browser’s local storage called tz_consent_v1. It simply remembers whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies, so we do not ask you again on every visit. It is strictly necessary and expires after 13 months.
Non-essential cookies are only set after you give consent. When advertising consent is granted, Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, and unique identifiers to serve and measure advertisements. The full list of storage this site uses is documented in our Cookie Policy.
3. Google Advertising Cookies (DART and others)
Google is a third-party vendor on our site. It uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to our site and other sites on the internet. Visitors may decline the use of DART and other Google advertising cookies at any time by visiting the Google ad and content network Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads, or by managing your choices in Google Ads Settings.
4. Local Browser Storage
Some tools (such as our Case Converter) use browser localStorage to save settings (for example text inputs or history state) so you can resume work if you refresh the page. This data remains on your physical device and can be cleared at any time by wiping your browser history or site data for this domain.
5. Advertising and Google AdSense
This site displays advertising through Google AdSense. When ads are shown to you, Google may collect or receive information from you and the sites you visit in order to select, deliver, and measure advertising. Google may also use cookies or similar technologies to remember that you previously visited this site and tailor ads accordingly.
You can control personalized advertising at any time through Google Ads Settings, through AboutAds.info in the United States, or through Cookie Choices in Europe. Choosing personalized or non-personalized advertising here does not change the number of ads you see—only their relevance.
6. External Links
Our website contains links to other websites (such as Ko-fi for voluntary support). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us, and we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of those websites.
7. ReverseJargon & Third-Party AI (Google Gemini)
Our ReverseJargon tool uses Google's Gemini AI to interpret the concept you describe and return the matching term. When you run a search, the text you type is sent to our server only to be forwarded to Google's Gemini API, which generates the response. We do not store, log, or retain your descriptions or the answers, and we never ask you for any personal information or account to use the tool. Because the request is processed by Google, Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy and API terms, which we encourage you to review. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal, confidential, or identifying information in your descriptions.
8. Consent and Your Choices
On your first visit we ask whether you allow non-essential cookies, including advertising cookies. You can accept all, reject all, or choose item by item via Manage preferences. Your choice is stored on your own device for 13 months, after which we will ask again. You can change or withdraw it at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are served a consent notice that Google’s Consent Mode signals honor: until you accept, advertising and personalization signals default to denied. We do not use dark patterns; rejecting non-essential cookies leaves every tool fully functional.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, or the CCPA/CPRA. These can include the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal data about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
- Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: we do not sell personal data for money. For advertising-related sharing that may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under some laws, use our Cookie Settings link to refuse advertising cookies, and opt out with Google Ads Settings.
- European visitors: Google’s authorized EU users can exercise their rights via Google’s privacy portal for data Google processes as an advertising provider.
- Access or deletion requests: email dev@toolzmoolz.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We respond within 30 days.
10. Children’s Privacy
ToolzMoolz is a general-purpose utility site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the site: our static web host (which processes standard access logs such as IP address, browser type, and request time for security and reliability), Google Fonts for typography, Google AdSense for advertising, and Ko-fi for optional tips. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law or our practices. When we do, we revise this page and note material changes on the homepage. Continued use of ToolzMoolz after an update means you accept the revised policy.
13. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at dev@toolzmoolz.com. More about how to reach us is on our Contact page. See also our Cookie Policy and our Terms of Service.
